1. Our services

EasyPRO UAE provides company formation, licensing, PRO, visa, and corporate compliance support. Scope, fees and timelines for each engagement are confirmed in a written proposal before work begins.

Government authorities set their own fees, processing times and approval decisions. We coordinate submissions and advise on requirements, but we cannot guarantee an authority's decision or timeline.

2. Fees and payments

Professional fees are quoted separately from government charges. Government charges are passed through at cost against official receipts.

Paid government and authority fees are generally non-refundable once submitted. Professional fees are refundable only for work not yet performed.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete and lawful documents and information, and to notify us promptly of changes affecting an application.

You are responsible for meeting statutory obligations such as licence renewals, tax filings and visa validity, including where we send reminders.

4. No legal or tax advice

Website content, guides and articles are general information only and do not constitute legal, tax or financial advice. Always obtain advice specific to your circumstances before acting.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, imagery, logos and layout, is owned by EasyPRO UAE and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability for any engagement is limited to the professional fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
